I started my long real estate career in 1983 at the age of 26. I got the white hair before I was 30! In the first year in sales I was the top selling Realtor in my company and marketplace. I enjoy every day of my real estate career and am a great believer in this industry. My personal goal is to daily improve the professionalism and image of our industry to the public.  Here is my personal resume.

1983 - 1984 - Agent at Earl Keim Realty West Oakland    Top Producer in company and in the marketplace.

1984 - Manager of Earl Keim Realty West Bloomfield    Tripled staff in 6 months.

1984-1986 - Manager Real Estate One Milford - Increased annual sales volume by 350% in 2 years. Set all time sales records for the office every month and year I was there.

1987-1988 - Manager Real Estate One Ann Arbor - Increased staff from 3 agents to 33. Set all time company recruiting records for 33 office company. Named "Director of Advanced Training" for 33 office company. Started popular and effective "Success Force" program.

1988 - 1992 Manager Real Estate One - Livonia    Set all time sales records for every single month and year I was there. Continued as "Director of Advanced Training" for 33 office company.

1992- 1994 - Corporate Director of Training   South Eastern Institute of Real Estate   Responsible for over 200 pre-license students monthly and all training programs for Real Estate One, Michigan's Largest Real Estate company.

1994 - A year of change. Met Morgan, got married, moved our home to Owosso, MI, returned to Real Estate sales after 11 years in management. And that was just August!

1994 - 1999 Real Estate Agent -  Real Estate One West Bloomfield.  Top Producer in the largest office in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Top Listing agent and Top Sales Agent. Continued as featured speaker to franchises during this period as well.

2000-Present   Founded  and developed The Home Office Realty, Shiawassee County's #1 Selling Real Estate Company!
